Hello sir, no you cannot marry your partner inorder to marry her your age should be 21+ and the age of girl should be 18+ and in your case the age of the girl is 18+ but your age is not 21+ therefore, you cannot marry her,
But you both can live together in live-in relationship where the age criteria is 18+ for both the partners and get a live-in agreement drafted to avoid any further issue between you.
