Court marriage
We Both are from Sikh family. Girl is from Geneal caste and I am from SC, Her parents don't agree with our marriage. So we want to do court marriage. What will be the easy and safest procedure. Can we register it Under Anand Marriage act or we have to do it under special marriage act. Can it be performwd in a Single day?
