Hindi Marriage act
My marriage will be done with Hindu vedic rituals in Marriage Hall/ banquet hall, not in Araya Samaj. ( with concent from both sIde) Can we register our marriage in court ? And kitna time lagega register krne me? Do i need to apply for this before marriage?
आर्य समाज में विवाह की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है क्योंकि जब आपकी शादी होगी तो आपको शादी के दस्तावेज जैसे फोटोग्राफ, शादी का कार्ड ले जाने की आवश्यकता होगी और फिर आप अदालत में विवाह पंजीकरण के लिए जा सकते हैं।
There is no need for marriage in Arya Samaj as when you will be married you need to carry documents of marriage such as photographs,wedding card and then you can go on for the marriage registration in court.
