Inter religious marriage

I had earlier moved out from home ie.Assam, Jorhat to get married to a muslim boy and stayed at his place in Mumbai for 4 days but we could not complete the procedures for our marriage meanwhile My family filed a missing complain against me and reached me out to mumbai ...The local police of the area where I was dwelling reached out to us and took us to the police station alog with them now the senior officer says that I have to go along with my family to my native to dismiss the missing case of mine after which if I wished to come back I can do so and if I do not obey they will torture him and his family along with me so I had to go home thinking that after the case is taken back I would return to him but now they have snachted my legal documents and are not allowing me to get out from home what can I do now ?
