Is ritual marriage as per Arya Samaj is mandatory before court marriage. Can I go directly for court marriage without doing ritual marriage as per Arya Samaj?

Sir, No rituals or customs are done in the course of the court marriage. Both partners have to sign the declaration form of marriage in the existence of the marriage registrar & 3 witnesses.
