Is there any possibility of waiving the 30-day notice period?

After submitting the notice under the Special Marriage Act, is it possible to receive protection for the next 30 days before our marriage is solemnized? We are concerned that our family members might raise objections during this period. One of us doesn't have the original Aadhar Card and PAN card but has colored photocopies of them. Will these be acceptable for submission? Is there any possibility of waiving the 30-day notice period? I came across a reference to the case of Lata Singh vs. State of UP in one of your videos, where the judge mentioned waiving the notice period. Is there a way for the bride to record her statement immediately after giving notice so that we can ensure protection during the 30-day waiting period? Regarding the protection provided, will a police officer be assigned to stay with us, or will we be sent to a safe house?
