Is there any possibility of waiving the mandatory 30-day notice period under Special Marriage Act?

I am a 27-year-old Hindu Indian male residing in Tambaram, Chennai, and my fiancée is a Christian Indian female, residing in Melbourne, Australia. We wish to marry under the Special Marriage Act with our parents' blessings. However, due to my fiancée's work commitments; it is extremely difficult for her to take leave for 30+ days. Is there any possibility of waiving the mandatory 30-day notice period? or Is it possible to initiate the notice process without her physical presence in India?

Sir, the 30 days’ notice period is mandatory under Special Marriage Act and both the parties are required to be present at the time of registration and notice process. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
