Sir, this is in continuation of the discussion I had with you yesterday. You informed me that , in case we are unable to get NOC and Single Status, the marriage can be done with an affidavit. I am slightly confused, please clear my doubt. Is NOC and Single Status mandatory? If the marriage is done with affidavit, will there be any issue later when she applies for Spouse Visa? Is it possible that, the Visa authority may ask for NOC and Single Status?
