I want to marry my girlfriend she is of other caste, and her family members got information about our relation and they said they will not marry her daughter inter caste they restricted the girl to go out and they also beaten her and assaulted her please help sir?

Sir you can have your marriage done, as caste don't create any issue in these situation for that you can have your marriage done and get registered but if the parents of girl is creating the problem you can file a criminal against their parents and tell her to complain in women helpline number for violation of Fundamental Rights and physically abusing her.
