Marriage registration - twice

Hello, I am a 30 year old Hindu male. I am engaged to my girlfriend (28 year Hindu Female) with our parent's blessings from both sides. Our parents have decided the marriage date to be in month of November. But we both want to get court marriage in August, which our parents are against. They want us to wait till November. Question1: Can we get court marriage in August according to Special marriage act and start living together and get married according to Hindu customs and culture again in November? Question2: In case of above scenario happening, can we register our marriage according to Hindu marriage act in November after our wedding according to Hindu customs? Question3: Are there any legal issues in case of both of above two scenarios happening?

Hello Sir, the question of yours is read by us according to the law you and your partner both are legally valid to get married.

So you can have your court marriage in the month of august and get yourself registered accordingly once you are registered and the certificate is issued by the court then in the month of November you can perform the rituals of marriage but keep in concerned that the marriage is not done on the notary as the notary marriage is not valid.
