Muslim couple want to marry and registered in patna high court
I am a great fan of u and often watching ur videos on UTube.I(MdShamim) had married with my former wife as on date 24-10-2021 arrange marriage as per Muslim rituals but after 2-3 months later my wife behavior with me was not good.During this period we were fall in love with my sister inlaw & we decide to leave the house on date 15-3-2022 and i had call to my wife&pronounce talaq on telephone&Nikah with my sister inlaw which is my current wife&living with her as a husband & wife.During these periods my father in law have filed an FIR against me & my mom & sister sect. 363/366(A).We had applied for anticipatory bail for my mom & sister which is rejected by session court&it is pending with Patna high court for AB.My current wife still minor which is going to complete 18 years this (28-09-2022).After completion of 18 years,want to registered in Patna high court.In view of the above case,kindly let me know what should we do for legal marriage&how to abstain from arresting in above FIR sect.

First thing is that the second marriage must be performed only after the divorce with first wife, and if you are performing the second marriage the age of girl should be 18+ or else marriage is not said to be a valid marriage, when the age of girl is completed 18+ you can get you marriage solemnized and register it in court.
