Sir kuch log bol rhe ki, ye law agar aajaye tho already married or fixed marriage are going to cancel/disqualify hojayaga kya aisa ho sakta hai? And one more thing u told that after passing bill we have 2 years right to get married, Is is sure????????Sir Please tell.. Guide us to get marry upcoming law difficulties..
नमस्कार, महोदय, मैं आपका भ्रम दूर कर दूं कि संशोधन अभी तक नहीं हुआ है और यदि ऐसा किया जाता है तो इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि 18+ में विवाहित व्यक्ति या लड़की की शादी हाल के कानून के अनुसार वैध नहीं होगी जो पहले से ही कानून के अनुसार विवाहित है। जो कहता है कि लड़की की शादी की उम्र के लिए 18+ होते हैं।
Hello, sir let me clear your confusion the amendment is not yet done and if this is done it doesn't mean that girl married in 18+ as per recent law will not be valid the girl who is married already as per the law which says 18+ for the age of marriage of the girl those marriage are valid all through their life.
