Special marriage act

I (Hindu) and my girlfriend(Muslim) wants to marry under special marriage act. My parents are ok with the marriage but her parents aren’t. We are afraid that a notice would be sent to her mother while filing for marriage which may cause hurdles. Also, we don’t want to indulge in any kind of conversion. Her mother knows about me and many a times she had wasted our time (almost a year) by giving us false hopes until she finally said that she is not ok with the marriage. Kindly suggest.

Hello sir,

To get marriage solemnized under special marriage act the consent of parents of both  male and female is merly necessary  without the consent of parent the marriage can not be solemnized.
