I am a Muslim boy & the girl I want to marry is Hindu by religion. If I marry her, will there be any chance to case an FIR against me from her family such as kidnapping or etc.

In special marriage act the parental consent is merely necesaary therefore without the consent of parents the marriage will not be solemnized, it may create problem to you
