What is the process and procedure of court marriage?
Dear Sir/madam, myself subhash I work in UAE i am in relationship with a girl for 12 years next years we are planing to get register mariage in mumbai but we are from karnataka and the girl is from Christian family. And our both families have no issue in marriage. Please let me procedure and to apply for mariage do I need to be present.
