What was the process to get court marriage certificate?
Hlo Sir I'm from other state and want to marriage in Delhi. Firstly i have done marriage through notary paper(lack of knowledge) which is not valid what to do for hindu marriage act ( firse shadi ho sakti hai ki nai) with court certificate

Hello Sir, as i tell you the marriage on notary is not valid as per law therefore i suggest u to go to through legal process of marriage.

Hello Mr. Viki Kumar You have to register your marriage in court and you can register your marriage in Hindu marriage act as notary is not valid.
