My husband father is a muslim and he passed away when my husband was 10 years old. My mother in law is a Hindu brahmin. She raised him as a brahmin. Husband doesn’t follow islam but his name is islamic name. So I wanted to know how to change his name and religion

Inorder to getyour name changed your husband have to go through the process of conversion and once your husband has converted himseld then he need to follow the name change procedure by the means of gazette publication along with other procedures
