Marriage age of girls
Hello sir , my question is that did the government applied the law of girls marriage above 21 years is it now a law or it will be soon please clear my doubt i would really appreciate your help
भारतीय कानूनों के अनुसार, जो कोई भी अपनी कोर्ट मैरिज करना चाहता है, उसे पुरुष और महिला भागीदारों के लिए न्यूनतम आयु की आवश्यकता को पूरा करना होगा। दोनों भागीदारों की न्यूनतम आयु: पुरुष - 21 वर्ष और महिला - 18 वर्ष।
शादी के लिए लड़की की उम्र 21+ से संबंधित बिल पेश किया गया है, लेकिन अभी तक संसद द्वारा पारित नहीं किया गया है, इसलिए कानून के अनुसार यहां लड़कियों की शादी के लिए उम्र 18+ है।
As per Indian Laws, anyone who wants to perform their court marriage must have to fulfill the minimum age requirement for male & female partners. The minimum age of both the partners: Male - 21 years & Female - 18 years.
The bill related to the age of girl for marriage 21+ is presented but yet not passed by the parliament so as per law the age here is 18+ for the girls to get married.
