Advice needed: got Life threatening call but not recorded
I have a dispute with a land broker about giving him a commission for the land I am planning to buy. he got drunk and talked vulgarly and did life-threatenings. unfortunately, there are no recordings made during that time. but there are no calls after that. The land dispute is solved now without going to the police. If I did a complaint to the police for the life-threatening call will they take action and will I be able to win the case without the recording?

if you are threatned by the broker then you can lodge the complaint before the concerned police station but before lodging the complaint you have to provide some evidence of such action by the land broker
