Ancestral Property

Hello, Recently, my uncle died leaving the ancestral property in Punjab, India. He got transferred that property under his name 2 years back after her wife’s death as a legal heir of his wife. His wife was my grandfather’s brother’s daughter. The couple had no child and now both the uncle and aunt are no more. Do I have the legal right on that ancestral property which actually is from my great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather? My uncle also left his brothers and sisters behind him. In case, the uncle had written any will in favour of his siblings, would it be possible that me to have any legal rights on the property since the property was from my great-grandfather’s side? In case, the uncle had written No Will, what could be the possibility of me having the legal rights on that ancestral property? Please communicate with me through email. Also, let me know if I can call you. Please, provide me with your direct phone number. Thanks!
