Sir, as per Indian law , would like to know on how much apartment maintenance fee to be paid for an unoccupied flat. Kindly let me know.

Community grounds shared by all apartment owner members, their relatives, and visitors, including offices, streets and corridors, security devices, utility lines, sewage lines, elevators, stairs, telecommunication lines, etc. These costs shall be borne by the management of the association, regardless of whether the apartment is occupied by members or maintained free of charge.
only exemption can be made of the things such as water usage, electricty usage etc can be exempted.
