Builder fraud
I bought house in noida 7 years back. Builder absconded left the house incomplete. He was on SC bail and case is now in NCLT but NCLT case already taken more than 2 years now. Can we ask to expedite the matter as it is more than 7 years for me and for some people it is even more than 10 years. how to get speedy disposal of case as lot of time and money has been wasted.
