Can a certified copy be asked in RTI?

How can I get certified copy of deposit register of Kanpur development authority through RTI. I want the copy of register page where my amount is deposited they are saying it's not deposited.. But I know they are giving false information. Can I get copy of deposit register particular page copy through RTI.
