Can a deed of settlement be challenged?
In 2011, due to divorce case and fear of loosing the property to my wife, i have signed the family settlement deed in favour of my younger brother. My father is the owner of the property before the settlement deed was made and last year he expired Can I claim my share in the property now. What are my options
