Can a father give whole property to one son only?
My parents want to give their self acquired property to their son. However they do not want to give any share to their daughter in law or their grand children. What is the best way to ensure only the son has full rights on the property?

The best way to ensure that only the son has full rights on the property is to make a will. In the will, the parents can explicitly state that they are bequeathing the property to their son and that no one else. Contact us for further enquiry.
