Can a grandson claim grandfather's property after death?

My grandfather was the only heir of his uncle's property. He was uneducated with mere legal understanding. His uncle had applied for the mutation and I found these papers today, now I don't know what to do with it. I couldn't find any relevant information regarding same on internet. What to do now?

Sir, this is a complicated matter which requires proper discussion on the same. However, if your grandfather was the only legal heir then after him his grand children can claim the property. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline.
