Can ancestral property be sold without consent of successors?

Our house is in Durgapur but it is on lease for 100 yrs it was in my father's name After my brother's death I and my mother was the legal heir but my cousin maternal uncle influence my mother to sell out the property with out my consent and also refused me to make entry on that house by not giving the key please help in this matter

Sir, if your father made a Will in favour of you and your mother i.e. if you are officially a legal heir you can claim your rights in property. In case if the property is Ancestral, you can claim your share but if it is self-earned by your father then he can decide to whom ownership should be given next.
