Can grandson claim rights in grandfather's property?

My grandfather sold a land in my area, but he didn't took grandchildren’s sign. He had four sons and 14 grandchildren, but he didn't take a single grandchildren’s sign. Now we the grandchildren, can we have some right on that land...? Our grandfather died many years ago so can we book a case on the one who purchased that land to get our land or money?

Sir, if your grandfather has sold the land with his own will and sound mind, no objection can be raised against such transfer of property. If you feel the land was sold fraudulently without your grandfather’s consent, you can challenge the sale deed or registration documents, which you have to prove in the court.
