Can I legally stay in the house without a sale deed?

I have bought 1 row house for which I have paid some amount in cash and some by Bank transfer. Builders are 4 partners and they gave me possession of property 3 months ago, but never did the sale deed, now 2 of them want us to leave the property. I want this house only, can't leave the property.

Since you’ve taken possession and made payments for the property, it's essential to secure your rights by finalizing the sale deed. Start by issuing a legal notice to all four builder-partners, demanding completion of the sale deed and emphasizing your intention to finalize ownership. Then, gather all documentation, including proof of cash and bank payments. If they refuse to execute the sale deed, consider filing a suit for specific performance in civil court to compel them to complete the sale. Additionally, if there’s a risk of eviction from the property, seek an injunction to prevent any action against you until the matter is resolved. Consulting a property lawyer is advisable.

Sir, firstly you should review the agreements you have received while making payments and then try to resolve the matter amicably and if they did not respond to it then you can send legal notice with the help of an expert lawyer who will guide you in asserting your right to the property.
