Can I transfer half of the property by release deed?
Me and my brother inherited a house through will. Now the house has two portions. I have equal rights on both portions , Portion A and Portion B. Now I want to release half of my share in Portion A to my brother by release deed. I will also mention in the release deed that the Portion B will remain on both of our names. Is this valid? Later on when I release or gift deed the second Portion B, will it be possible?
