Can legal heir claim for property transfer by will?

My grandfather created a Will leaving behind property to my mother and her brothers, which is under probate. In the course of the probate, my mother passed away without a Will. I am the sole legal heir. Can I ask the probating Court to transfer my mother's share directly to me, and if so, what is required? If not, what are my options?
