Can trust property be transferred?

We have property and there is property in a public trust name. Public trust proposes as to exchange the property as the property, we have in benefits of trust and property that trust holds currently of no use. Is it possible to exchange the property

It is possible to exchange the property. The Public Trust Act, 1950, states that the trustees of a public trust may, with the previous sanction of the Charity Commissioner, exchange any property belonging to the trust for any other property which is more suitable for the purposes of the trust.
