They started adding interest on last invoice (which bank already shared soft copy with them and we already made TDS payment on that) They have a clause in sale agreement “we should take possession in 15 days” What if they don’t accept or change anything? Concerns I raised: From Possession Intimation letter 1. *Maintenance amount is starting from March 10. Possession not done 2. They mentioned there is no water source presently and it will be outsourced. But there is no writing about any future plan 4. we can do internal work 9 am to 1pm and 4pm to 6pm on week days only. No work in weekends and public holidays. 5. they mentioned 24 hour amenities in all their advertisements. Now in their handover manual they mentioned everything till 9 pm 6. Asking for security deposit and cleaning charge for internal work
