Case quashing for property dispute booked under 383,323,324,504,506

My Dad's sister last her husband during covid and moved to our home after some days as there were alone, they transfer there property to my dad, as they didn't want the property to go to there husband side. the property transfer was as a gift deed. my brothers wife signed as witness. After some there was not happy with us. later moved back to there home. now they have put case with the help of her husband side on our whole family stating that we would hit her, not feed her, we force her to transfer and all on above mentioned section. We tried to come to compromise in police station by saying we will give back there properly to them, but they were not ready to take the case back. Our lawyer suggested to file for anticipatory bail, which took 1 month to get it. Wanted to check if we can apply for case quashing for the above, what are the chance and charge, is it possible to get the case cleared in new 6 months using normal hearing.
