Conveyance of original land which is not owned to Society?

There is a land owned to my mother out of this half land given to builder for development in 1997 Now on today society is going to do conveyance deed of said land, But as on today seen is one land and 2 properties 1st is old house still existing on land owned to my mother and on 2nd is society building divided by compound wall But as on today also there are 15 property card are existing which is on name of my mother But as per development agreement done only 3 property card eligible to society, Now I want to know after conveyance done, What will seen Whether society will done all property card on their name or only 3.
