Debotter property selling

The said property was built by my grandfather's maternal uncle. As he was not married, he did not had any son Or daughter so at his last time he made a will in name of "Devi Mangalachandi" As debottar property, and gave my grandfather the duty of shebaits, some free tenants also used to lived in the property, so also they were given the title shebaits. Mainly my grandfathers and one shebaits name was mentioned in the will as they were elder than others. Now that one shebaits son and claiming the property as theirs fathers. As of now 6 families are living in the property including us and them. Most of the present shebaits or family wants to sell this property to any promoter, as property is in worse condition, but that one shebaits family are not ready with that decision. So my question is can we sell this property to any promoter and 6 family will get equal amount ?
