Delay by builder (Raheja)
Alloted a flat under Haryana Affordable Scheme in 2015, have paid almost 90% amount as per construction linked demand. No progress by builder. Always giving excuses. Please help

Hello sir,
If builder is doing late or there is no progrees of the project for which you have paid 90% amount then send the legal notice to the builder and if issue is not resolved then you can lodge the complaint against the builder as per RERA act.
