Do children conceived through IVF have a legal claim for inheritance from both birth parents?
That I lost my overy. But my husband and family wants 2nd kid So with IVF and donar egg they try to get another kid. I don't want baby. But all family forced and convinced me to get pregnant with donar egg. Legal documents also I signed with my husband. In that documents they mentioned same rights like my own kid. My doubt is what rights he is my husband's baby so I'm not stopping that kid benefits from my husband. And his property also. But i want to give my parents and grandparents property may be I will get in future I want to give my son is it possible or I should give to that kid also.
