Does sister have right on father's gift deed property?
My father had self acquired property and made that property gift deed to me and brothers and my sister's also signed as witness in gift deed, which my father wrote in 2010. but now my sister's asking for share. does my sister's have any rights?

A properly executed gift deed transferring ownership to you and your brothers should generally terminate your sister's claim to the property. Signing the deed as a witness doesn't affect her own legal rights under the gift but Your sister might challenge the validity of the gift deed on grounds like coercion, undue influence, or forgery.
