Sir a false domestic violence case filed by the wife against her husband claiming to reside in the same flat which was let out for rental to the husband who deserted her.,she neither pays rent nor vocated the flat also pretending that case is pending before the DVC court.actually the said flat belongs to our family.through our family advocate filed a 3rd party petition u/s 28(2) which was not accepted by the court .already filed eviction petition.under such circumstances how to defend the dvc case as 3rd party.how to implead on that DVC case
