Easement

Sir, my mother had bought a plot in 2004, back then the adjoining plot was unsold and the main 3 mtr road was about 10 mtr away from the adjoining property, in about 2010 the land lord sold the adjoining plot and after our requests he gave us only 1 meter way via the adjoining propertie, now all the surrounding plots are sold and i have only 1 meter pathway to my plot, my parents are senior citizens and im scared that in an emergency situation there is no way a ambulance or firebrigade can reach my plot, pls help 🙏
