Do I need to show full ownership history of the property to file a case to evict shop tenant ? Am the owner and the property shifter to me after my mother
Their are different aspects. You can evict shop tenant by filing suit under Small cause court province act and as per state laws, for eg. In Maharashtra Sec 24 of Maharashtra Rent Control Act. Your suit is for eviction therefore we need to check whether you are in appropriate position to file suit.
