Eviction of tenant from commercial property

I own a commercial property in Dindigul that is rented by multiple shop owners. Due to personal differences, I want to evict a tenant who has been at this property since 2016. The term of tenancy was 11 months and it was never renewed. However, the tenant filed a case in 2021 stating that the eviction would threaten his livelihood. The tenant refuses to move out and I'm being asked to provide a witness who has heard him abusing me. Is there a way around this, since the abuse was mild and I can't produce a witness who had heard it? How can I claim my property as soon as possible?
