Family property dispute, Uncle sold a joint property

My uncle last year sold a land which is an ancestral property and I found a mutation (Jamabandi) document with my father's name on this land along with other uncles. There is no any official documents of partition between my father and uncles. Can I still put any kind of hold or claim on this land after an year after sale? How much time I have got?
