Gift Deed of Property which is under Power of attorney
My father has a property in Meerut on which he has power of attorney. Can he execute gift deed to me (son) for this property & avail the benefit of the UP Govt scheme wherein gift deed of Property within family members does not attract the 7% stamp duty?
