Gift deed plot selling to fresh buyer
My father self earned plot has been gift deed to my elder sister, now she is planning to sell to a buyer. The buyer is asking for consenting witness of all family members with respect to the family tree. Is it mandatory to take consenting witness of all family members. Pls advise.
