How can I add Spouse's name in registry when the property is under a home loan?
Apartment is in Sohna and it is registered to on my wife's name only. We agreed to add my name as co-owner to save taxes. We have joint housing loan(on my and my wife's name) on this property. Bank is saying that we have to clear the loan first. Please help.

Sir, in order to add your name as a co-owner in the property, you need to create a new deed completely. This is the reason bank denied the same as adding co-applicants in home loan is easy but not adding co-owners in a property under loan but you can still visit your SDM office for more clearance.
