How can I claim my father's property?
In 2011, My father who is the owner of the property, and I being his elder son signed the Family settlement deed and got it executed in the registration department to my younger brother as I was going thru a divorce and fear of losing my share in the process. My father expired last year. Can I claim my share in the property now? Please suggest.
