How can I transfer my share of property through a gift deed?
Hi Team, I have one flat in Noida UP. The flat is in my name and my wife's name. Now I want to transfer/gift my share of the property to my mother (blood relation). Please tell me what is the procedure for the same and the cost involved in doing the same.
