How can we challenge the reassessment of our property taxes?

We have two shops for which we obtained possession in July 2019. We paid corporation tax from 2015 to March 2024, amounting to ₹15,000 and ₹17,000, respectively. These taxes were duly assessed, and we received mutation certificates and NOCs for the shops. The shops are rented out for ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 per month, respectively. Recently, corporation personnel visited the tenants, obtained the tenancy agreements, and reassessed the shops for ₹123,000 and ₹210,000, respectively, serving a hearing notice. This is under Ward No. 144. Please advise how to avoid an undue tax burden. We had a building for which we entered into a joint venture, and we obtained possession in July 2019. All the property is registered, mutated, assessed, and taxes have been paid.
